Strong. As. A. Mother. was initially created for the busy mom in mind, but is just as potent for anyone passionate about getting healthier on a tight schedule. Being a mom herself, Samantha knows the challenges of finding the time and space for fitness while also juggling everyday life! Gone are the days of spending hours at the gym, because ain’t nobody got time for that! S.A.M. offers versatile workout modalities that can all be done in 45 min or less AT HOME.
The workouts range from Traditional Strength, Sculpt and Pilates to Bounce, Dance & Low Impact HiiT. All S.A.M. classes are designed to build strength, endurance and most of all confidence. Exercise should never feel like punishment, because we don't have to workout.. We Get To Work Out!
All classes range from 5-45 min, and are suitable for ALL fitness levels, genders and identities.

STRONG A$$ SCULPT
Strong A$$ Sculpt combines the best of strength, sculpt and pilates in one beat driven workout. Exercises will flow from heavier to lighter weights + high reps sculpt sequences + pilates core work. Strong A$$ Sculpt is a full body workout that will leave you feeling Confident, Sweaty and Strong A$F.
STRENGTH
S.A.M. Strength incorporates Heavier weights, longer rest periods and A LOT of sweat! Be prepared to get your heart rate up, while strengthening that Strong A$$ Bod from head to toe. Strength will also incorporate pilates core work to begin and or finish your workout
BOUNCE
Bounce is a Low impact, Yet High intensity cardio workout that’s actually FUN. Cardio Sequences are broken down and repeated to make the movements more attainable. Bounce also incorporates Resistance training making it a full body workout. Bounce is amazing for endurance, metabolism, breast health and the lymphatic system. Modifications will always be provided. *Sneakers recommended
